-These few basic settings are very important. You will see significant improvement by setting these few things before recording.
For Windows XP users:
1. Right click on computer's background, and select Properties.
2. Click Settings Tab, and change the color to 16 bit.
3. Click Advanced button, and click Troubleshoot Tab from the dialog box.
4. Set Hardware acceleration to None
5. To make file size smaller, get rid of Mouse pointer shadow.
For Windows NT, 2000 users:
1. Right click on computer's background, and select Properties.
2. Click Settings Tab, and change the color to 16 bit.
3. Click Advanced button, and click Troubleshoot Tab from the dialog box.
4. Set Hardware acceleration to None
For Windows 95,98 and ME users:
1. Right click on computer's background, and select Properties.
2. Click Settings Tab, and change the color to 16 bit.
3. Click Advanced button, and click Troubleshoot Tab from the dialog box.
4. Set Hardware acceleration to None
When you're recording Windows Media player screen..
Set Windows Media Player's Hardware acceleration to "None" |
